1. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 4 working days.
Delivery time may vary based on your location and public holidays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances, but we will fully cooperate to resolve any issues.

2. 🔄 Returns & Refunds

We offer returns or refunds only in the following cases:

If the parcel is damaged upon delivery
If the parcel does not arrive

To process a return or refund:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Provide a clear photo or video of the damage as proof.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund via your selected payment method.

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or opened/used products due to hygiene concerns.

Customers have the option to create an account on our website to track orders and save shipping details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
